God created a perfect world where people lived forever and never suffered. Of course, today that sounds too good to be true. We see death and suffering every day. But then Jesus came and defeated death, giving us a reason to think a return to God’s original intention for creation had been set in motion. This is what it means to be “new creations in Christ” as Paul talks about in 2 Corinthians 5. What does it look like to be “recreated” in Christ? This is our focus in this week’s message.
